Honor Their Memory
They Went Up
On the morning of September 11, 2001, 343 members of the New York City Fire Department climbed into the towers that everyone else was running out of. They pulled on their helmets, shouldered their gear, and went up. Flight after flight. Past the smoke, past the heat, past the fear. They went up because that is what firefighters do.
Not one of them came back down.
This flag carries their memory.
This memorial flag features a weathered FDNY firefighter helmet resting beside a folded American flag — the way a helmet is placed when a firefighter has made the ultimate sacrifice. The brass plaque reads "343 · Never Forget — 25 Years of Remembrance · 2001–2026." Every detail carries meaning — the helmet that went into the towers, the flag that was draped over the coffins, and the number that every firehouse in America knows by heart.
When you fly this flag from your porch, hang it in your firehouse, or display it at a memorial, you are not just honoring 343 names on a list. You are honoring 343 fathers, sons, brothers, and friends who made a choice on the worst morning of their lives — and chose to go up.
Who This Flag Is For
This flag was made for the firehouses that set an extra place. For the families who still hear the tones in their sleep. For the brothers and sisters who carried the weight forward. For the communities that line the streets every September. For anyone who believes that the courage of 343 men should be remembered not just once a year, but every single day.
Whether displayed at a firehouse, a memorial wall, a veteran's home, or the front porch of a family that will never forget, this flag belongs wherever the 343 are still honored.

The FDNY firefighter helmet resting beside a folded American flag represents a firefighter who has made the ultimate sacrifice. In the fire service, a helmet placed at rest is one of the most recognized symbols of a line-of-duty death. This design honors every firefighter who went into the towers and did not come home.
This flag features the firefighter helmet and folded American flag design with a brass memorial plaque. The other 343 FDNY flag features the Maltese Cross, Twin Towers silhouette, and American flag. Both honor the same 343 firefighters — the designs offer two distinct ways to pay tribute.
