By placing an order with Family & Legacy by Patriot Porch, you agree to the following terms:

Personalized Products: All platters and keepsakes are custom-made based on the details you provide. Please double-check all names, spelling, and personalization information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided details.

Order Processing: Orders are produced within 5–7 business days. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability: Family & Legacy by Patriot Porch is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Family & Legacy by Patriot Porch and may not be reproduced without permission.
