All personalized platters are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after production.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made with your personalization details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or contains a production error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infopatriotporch120@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
