After adding a platter to your cart, you'll be prompted to enter names, birth months, and any other personalization details. Double-check all spelling before submitting your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Personalized platters are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because each platter is custom-made, we're unable to make changes once production begins. Please review all details carefully before completing your order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue.

Are the platters food-safe?

Yes. Our platters are dishwasher and microwave safe, designed for both display and serving.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
