Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
